Hi Everyone: This is the fourth book published by FEDP and I have to say that I could not have asked for a better team!! Debbie is a great publisher and she helped in every stage of making this book come true. They are not like most companies, like Paul Garmisch stated: “they went over board to see that every aspect of my novel was accomplished.” I, too, am an artist, and now instead of painting on a canvas I have a vivid imagination and write down and make up fiction scenarios and characters that I enjoy and know that my readers will love. With each book that I finish the editing is better and better. God love you all! Now to get the marketing started so others will be able to read, get to know me, and love my books.

First Edition Design Publishing (FEDP) is a first class publishing company. I utilized their expertise for three of my books. Debi and her team provide professional, creative, and efficient services from
start to finish for any project. FEDP is far above all other companies in what they do. Look no further, FEDP will meet and
exceed your publishing needs.

I have had published numerous books with First Edition Design. They have been a Godsend to me. This last time I worked with Eileen. Very professional and helpful. Also, Debi as usual. Just the best. What more is there to say.

I recently published my first book, “A Warrior’s Guide to Self-Defense”. After submitting my book Jessica quickly contacted me, it was as if she read my book front to back and understood exactly what I wanted. She sent me a beautiful cover with the perfect font, I felt like Jessica really cared about my book. I have always been impatient, and as a result I had to make several corrections on the final product. There is a $165 fee if you have to resubmit your book, and I should have been charged this at least three times. I simply contacted her about my mistake and Jessica managed get the fee waived the fee EVERY SINGLE TIME! She was definitely looking out for my interests, as she had no reason to not take my money. Even after my book has been published I am still able to ask her questions and she always responds within record time with wise words and helpful answers. My book would not be what it is today without the effort and assistance I received from Jessica and the other employees behind the scenes at First Edition Design Publishing. Thank you so much!

Kyle, Stay patient, its a good way to be. The up front fees First Edition charges are a very small part of their company budget. Money is made by selling the work… the books. I believe you are in the First Edition “because” they saw that your work was good. March on my friend!! Oooo Ahhh !! Release the Hounds. Teach the real deal. Now we go marketing. Drop me a line if you want. I would love to chat with you. Happy Trails, Paul Garmisch.

Without a doubt, First Edition is the best professional art company I have ever worked with, the most helpful & “easy going”, but also the most efficient & most fun to work with. You are my guys!! I know the professional art world… being a professional artist in fine arts sculpting & painting, architectural, museum and movie industry model building, & being a professional musician, (Oh, & also writing fiction, satire, crazy humor stuff now), NEVER have things run so smooth… & I’m 63 so I’ve seen my far share of jerks!! THANK YOU FIRST EDITION!! I only have 2 books in with you at this point… But more are coming, and you are going to get them… You know the kind of work I do… LOL… prepare your team for more from Paul Garmisch. paulgarmisch@gmail.com Phn# 702-245-1091. And you can’t be in the arts & worry about privacy. You have my permission… RELEASE the HOUNDS!! Happy Trails.

FINALLY……My search for a professional, friendly company to publish my first book took me through all of the publishers anyone could have researched on the web.
I knew from the get-go this was a “for real” company that was easy to talk to, understanding my project and most of all, actually outlined an approach that was exactly what I was trying to achieve.
They are great people for people communicating, very competent designers and actually will tell you the truth and not a “what you want to hear” story.
You go First Edition, you go!!!!!!
PS–I was so completely delighted I wanted anyone of you FIRST TIMERS to avoid the rest…..get the best !!!!
Thanks,
Mort Metker

This is my first experience with FEDP. I have previously published through another company, and the difference between the two cannot be greater: FEDP is head-and-shoulders above the other (unnamed) publisher. Special mention – and special thanks – are in order to Debi Gordon and Eileen Hammond. The meticulous care they gave to my book is fenomenal. They thought of things to improve the final product that would never have occured to me. The service was efficient, quick and immensely friendly; it was like dealing with people I’ve known all my life. THANK YOU!

This is my seventh book published with First Edition Design Publishing (FEDP) and I couldn’t be more pleased. There are many different companies to choose from when deciding on self-publishing a book. What I like so much about FEDP, is they allow you to pick and choose which design aspects you need. Each aspect, from editing, to cover, to choosing POD, or EBook or both, is up to you. So many other self-publishing companies want you to purchase one of their “packages” where it’s an all or nothing type of thing. At FEDP you can have them do all the work, or do some yourself—it’s up to you. Also, most of the other self-pubs take a percentage of your royalties, whereas FEDP leaves you with basically 100% of the royalties (95.75 to be exact). If there is someone out there who is reading this and you are trying to decide on a self-publisher, you can’t go wrong with FEDP.

Quick, efficient and user-friendly. Debi saw me through the process of publishing ‘Gone To Aragon’ in a totally professional manner and designed an exceptional cover capturing perfectly the contents of the book. I will most certainly be recommending First Edition Design to others who want to be published.
