This has been my second publishing experience. This experience with First Edition has been far superior. All communications whether via phone or email were helpful and my support person was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She was most helpful in her suggestions regarding formatting and the cover. The turn around time from submission to production was fast and the Marketing Tips are worth their weight in gold! I would definitely return to First Edition again.

So far, my experience has been all I could have asked for. Debi has been extremely helpful, patient, and understanding, and your art department has done a wonderful job with cover suggestions. It has been a pleasure to work with First Edition.

A first point is that I have published other books, so I do have some experience with publishers. This book was a complicated math text, and there were many headaches along the way to publication. But Debbie Gordon lovingly nursed this book along, and flawlessly helped me realize the finished product. It took us some months to go to press, and many times I expected Debbie to give up, but she never did. She was always cheerful and optimistic, and this in itself is nearly priceless. I would unequivocally recommend First Design to anyone.

My second book, LIVING THE LIFE is just got published by First Edition Design Publishing. Only because of FEDP, it was possible for me to get it done in shortest possible time. I would have to say that, overall, working with First Edition Design Publishing was a very positive experience. What first-time authors need to realize is that when one self-publishes, the onus of ensuring good grammar, correcting mistakes, presentation, and formatting is 100% on the author. If the first-time-author keeps this mind, s/he will be extremely happy with the service and final result of what First Edition Design Publishing offers and creates. Their product is EXTREMELY professional and looks exceptional.
The only dissatisfaction I had is that there sometimes needs to be a little clearer communication between the company and the client. For instance, it was never explained to me that my book would arrive after it is released to the general public. This is because of the lower cost, and how the author’s order has to be fit in between other orders.
But this is only a very small complaint. With the exception of this, I would recommend this company without hesitation to any first-time author who wishes to pay a reasonable and affordable sum of money to produce an excellent product with worldwide distribution. Five out of five stars.

Two words – Impeccable service!!!!!!!!!! I worked with FEDP on my first book titled Tangled Web. Cover Art was awesome. I did not hesitate to recommend my Bishop (Apostle Winston G. Baker) when he thought of publishing “Warring Unclean Spirits”…
