After researching various companies for about a year (including searching for comments) I came to the conclusion that most of them were scams – especially the Author Solutions gang. Create Space seemed to require more computer expertise than I have which is minimal. So when I say that First Edition is superb – I think I have enough background to say that. They are friendly, helpful and I just wish I could relate to them in person. They’ll get my next book and the one after.

I just wanted to send a note of thanks. I called First Edition Design Publishing this morning and spoke with Debbie about self publishing. Debbie was patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions without a blink. I am a first time author ignorant of the publishing process, thus it was nice to speak with an actual person, and better yet, Debbie was great.
