I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful everyone at Firsteditiondesignandpublishing has been to work with. Right from the beginning Dave was there to support and encourage me. He made sure that I worked with Debi Gordon, who in my estimation, is the best editor and has become a friend. She has been very helpful with taking over my computer, I’m a great writer, but not good with computers. Debi’s designs for my three books were great and I have encouraged my cousin and friend to also go with this company. As soon as their books are complete, they will go no where else!!! I look forward to see my books on e-books and seeing my web site. I also can’t wait to having a trailer made for every book and also to seeing the trailer on u-tube. Yes, I’m greedy and want my books to become famous and people look to seeing another one of my novels out there to buy. I am counting on my writing ability to come to fruition because of the great personnel that work for this company. I wouldn’t consider going to any other company. I hope to write many more books and will always have Debi as my editor, God willing!!! Thank you, everyone, for all of your guidance, help and encouragement. The experience was great! I had a lot of questions before I ordered and Jessica was very patient and helpful and answered them all. My ebook was published so fast, I couldn’t believe it. So had a lot of questions which Karen answered quickly and correctly. The eBook was published on Monday afternoon and I found it on Nook on Tuesday night and Kindle on Wednesday morning. These are good people. I am recommending them to my Writers Group!

I am a published author with a couple of traditional publishers. I decided to self-publish because of better royalties and control of the publishing process. First Edition was neck and neck with another EBook publisher. In fact, this other one was slightly less expensive. What set First Edition apart was their customer service. Specifically, Karen and Jessica. Every time I had a question, they were there to answer it with courtesy and did treat me like a number. They acted truly interested and gave me good concise answers. I can’t say the same for this other company. This set First Edition apart and that’s why I went with them. Thanks again Karen and Jessica; I know I asked a million questions, but you guys were super patient with me.

First Edition Design Publishing was the best move I made all year. What they did with my book Dudes, Change Your Ways in 90 Days was a blessing. Great feedback, great input and flat out professional. Debi was a tremendous guide throughout the process. Helping me pick the right, voice title and cover will help sell this book easily. I look forward to the rest of this great experience.

First I didn’t know what to think about First Edition but my mom (the Li’l solder) Betty Evans said that Debi and her team would be my best move, my mom knew I had been looking for a publisher for a long time (2 years) – now is the time to be real about it, so I called Dee (Debi) and introduced myself, this woman has been beautiful from day one. After dealing with so many B.S. publishers I thank God for Dee and her team,thank you First Edition and keep up the good work, LOVE U Debi, and I love what you did with my book.
