First Edition Design Publishing are an award winning company. They have an outstanding customer service team and the best editorial team, led by Debi (she’s a star). The process of publishing ADAORA, my wife’s debut paranormal romantic thriller, was just too good to be true.
It did not matter how many times I called, Debi was at the other end of the line, listening and helping resolve any issues I had (all before I committed to publishing with FEDP. I could wish for a better publishing company than this.
Thanks Debi, thanks Dave (for not looking as pretty as your pic). It has been a wonderful journey arriving at this point, without having to pull out any hair (not that I have any.)

This is my second book published through First Edition. From working with the team on my other title, I can tell you they are very patient. I made a few changes to the cover and manuscript after the fact, which caused a bit of problems and delays—all my doing. Yet through it all the team, especially Jessica, was very patient and led me through the issues. Also, when they say they have the best distribution, believe it! After about four weeks my book was everywhere! Many thanks to all the staff.

After researching publishers through Writer’s Market for my book “Surveillance on The Down-Low” one stood out above the rest; First Edition Design Publishing. Even though they are the worldwide leaders in ebooks and POD they still provide exceptional one on one customer service which is rare these days. The quality of the finished book was beyond expectations! I worked with Deborah and Jessica and both were very professional, talented and great to work with. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to publish a book. You will not be disappointed!

I am deeply satisfied with my experience at First Edition Design Publishing. From the moment we began this journey together, they were simply superb. Debi was very open and forth – coming. She also did a remarkable job in designing my cover. The response by the public to the cover of the book has been powerfully encouraging. Jessica, was amazing in her prompt responses to my many changes. It was a great delight working with her. And there was Dave. Dave helped me in coping with the pressures of publication. He had a therapeutic way of helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel.
As I researched publishers, I reviewed many. First Edition Design has unquestionably lived up to their positive review and reputation as number one in the ‘top ten’ best self – publishing firms. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with First Edition Publishing. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. I approved my text which had a few margin or punctuation errors. The reason being, I was tired of reading my own book and “Done is better than Perfect,” Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook. I did research publishing companies before I started and First Edition was rated Number 1. I agree, you saved me a ton of money in transcription costs alone.
