This is my fourth book, but my first with First Edition… and it has been a breath of fresh air. The entire process has been wonderful, and I feel that ‘we’ are going to make a great team. Debi was great, and provided everything I requested, in addition to the awesome input that improved my cover. I think I’ve found a new publishing company.

I had almost settled on another company, when I found First Edition…and I am so glad I did. The price was reasonable, and the fact I could use paypal bill me later was what hooked me. What would make me come back or recommend you, is the awesome service! Like someone said, for going through emails in the proofing process, and the final submission, the end result is amazing. My book cover looks beautiful, and the text is perfect. I’d like to give extra kudos to Dave, the CSR who answered my many questions and helped me immensely while we chatted using the real time chat, which is very helpful. I had a wonderful experience with FED in publishing my first book. Everyone was kind, helpful and supportive. They made the process effortless. They are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend that you use FED. I know I will for future books.

Your team was very helpful and patient with us…the first time I published a book on my own. Turn-around time was swift and corrections requested were made with great accuracy. For dealing through emails only, it was a great experience…would recommend you to anyone who is interested in publishing a book with very little hassle.

I had so much of an enjoyable experience, and I received so much help, that I was sad when I finished my book. So I did three re-submissions! I might even go for four. I’ve found a new addiction. FEDP should get involved with our education system so every child can write their own book.
